is this for me?

is this for me?
"healing is a journey, not a destination.
creating your own unique path is more than a step towards recovery, it is recovery!"
dr piotr ney, founder of addictionfree.world, 2017

the success of this programme depends mainly on you and how ready you really are today to transform your life. so we can't make any specific promises, other than we will provide a safe and effective container and structure for the process, we will guide and motivate you, and support you throughout with care, empathy and love.

all we ask is that you join us with an open mind and an open heart, and the commitment and courage to dive into your unique journey of insight and self-discovery. the journey will be physically and emotionally tough at times. you will experience intense feelings; painful memories, self-doubt, hurt, as well as moments of pure joy.

you may learn long hidden truths about yourself and confronting these may at first seem overwhelming.

allow yourself to trust the sisters and brothers who will accompany you on this journey. most importantly, allow yourself to trust yourself. start believing that you are not a victim but a warrior, who deep within you has always had the power to change yourself and to change the world.

you will be able to look with fearless honesty at your life and decide what you’d like to keep, what you’d like to enhance, and what you’d like to let go. this will be your start on the path to true happiness and your permanent escape from the clutches of addiction.
